It is important that the charging pad you use be Qi-enabled. Any other charger may not work correctly. So when purchasing a wireless charger, make sure that it is Qi-enabled or it will not work with your iPhone 12 Pro.

Factory reset your iPhone

If you find your iPhone 12 Pro completely unresponsive when you place it on the wireless charging pad, you may need to try the factory data reset method.
