1. Close And Reopen The Mail App

4. Toggle the Fetch New Data Option

If the Fetch New Data option is interfering with your Mail app, you can try restarting it. To do this, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Fetch New Data. Toggle the radio button off for a few seconds. After waiting, turn the button back on and check the Mail app.

5. Delete Your Email Account And Set It Up Again

If the iPhone 12 Mail app is still crashing, it is a good idea to delete your e-mail information and re-enter it. You can do this by going to Settings > Mail > Accounts. Next, choose your account and select “Delete Account” After it is deleted, choose “Add Account” and re-enter your e-mail information. 6. Delete And Reinstall The Mail App
