How to Fix Mail crashing on Mac after Ventura update

Please try the steps below. After trying each step below, test Mail again to see if you can open it.

Quit and reopen the Mail app

Quit Mail, then open it again. If the Mail won’t quit, force it to quit. Then check to see if the problem with Mail is fixed.

1. Select the Apple logo on the top menu and choose Force-Quit.
2. Select Mail.
3. Select Force-Quit.
4. Select Force-Quit again to confirm.

Restart your Mac

Update

4. Login.

Remove Mail container
